Zahárael’s Temple Scope of Practice & Code of Ethics (For Guided Consciousness Facilitation & Certification)


I. Scope of Practice


1. Nature of Services
Practitioners certified through Zahárael’s Temple facilitate guided, client-led inner experiences for the purposes of personal insight, spiritual exploration, energetic awareness, and conscious integration.

Services may include, but are not limited to:
Guided chakra clearing and alignment
Guided energy awareness and self-regulation practices
Guided past-life or inner imagery exploration
Guided ascension-style journeys and multi-session integration programs

All services are experiential and facilitative in nature.


2. Client-Led Experience
All experiences are directed by the client’s own consciousness.

Practitioners:
Do not tell clients what they are seeing, feeling, or experiencing
Do not implant suggestions, imagery, memories, or interpretations
Do not assign meaning to a client’s experience unless explicitly invited by the client for reflective discussion
The client retains full authority and sovereignty over their inner experience at all times.


3. Non-Therapeutic, Non-Medical Nature Services offered under this certification are:
Spiritual, educational, and experiential Not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment
Not a substitute for licensed medical, mental health, or psychological care

Practitioners do not:
Diagnose conditions
Treat illness or disease
Claim to heal medical or psychological disorders
Prescribe or advise on medications or treatment plans


4. Past-Life & Inner Imagery Exploration
Guided past-life or inner imagery sessions are presented as:
Exploratory experiences
Symbolic, experiential, or narrative in nature
Client-interpreted and client-defined

No claims are made regarding:
Historical accuracy
Objective past-life truth
Causal explanations for trauma or life circumstances
Meaning and integration are client-derived.


5. Ascension Journeys & Multi-Session Programs

Ascension journeys are structured, guided programs designed to support:
Conscious awareness
Energetic integration
Personal reflection and embodiment
Spiritual development as defined by the client
They are not religious instruction, clinical programs, or psychological treatment.


6. Practitioner Boundaries Certified practitioners:
Maintain professional boundaries
Do not create emotional dependency
Encourage client autonomy and discernment
Refer clients to appropriate licensed professionals when issues fall outside scope



II. Code of Ethics

1. Client Sovereignty
The client is the ultimate authority over their experience, beliefs, interpretations, and decisions.

Practitioners respect:
Free will Autonomy Personal belief systems
The client’s right to accept, reject, or reinterpret any experience


2. Non-Suggestive Facilitation & Open-Ended Inquiry

Practitioners commit to using open-ended, non-suggestive prompts that invite client awareness without imposing content, meaning, or interpretation.

Practitioners may:
Guide attention to specific areas (e.g., chakras, sensations, imagery)
Use sensory-based questions (e.g., sight, sound, feeling, movement)
Ask exploratory questions that allow experiences to arise organically

Practitioners do not:

Implant imagery, memories, identities, or narratives
Suggest specific outcomes or meanings
Lead clients toward predetermined interpretations

Facilitation remains client-led, awareness-based, and phenomenological.


3. Honesty & Transparency

Practitioners:
Clearly explain the nature of services before sessions
Use accurate, non-misleading language
Do not exaggerate outcomes or guarantees
Do not claim exclusive spiritual authority or access


4. Ethical Communication


Practitioners communicate with:
Respect
Clarity
Integrity
Emotional responsibility

Fear-based language, coercion, manipulation, or pressure is strictly prohibited.


5. Confidentiality
All client information and experiences are treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., imminent harm to self or others).


6. Professional Integrity

Practitioners:
Practice only within the defined scope
Continue personal reflection and self-awareness
Refrain from practicing while impaired (emotionally, mentally, or physically)
Seek supervision or support when needed


7. Non-Dependency & Empowerment

Practitioners do not position themselves as:

A sole source of truth
A replacement for personal discernment
A figure of authority over a client’s life choices


The goal is empowerment, not reliance.


8. Representation of Certification

Certification holders may accurately state:
Their certification title The certifying body (Zahárael’s Temple)
The scope of their authorization

They may not represent themselves as:
Licensed State-certified Medically or clinically accredited
Endorsed by a governmental body



III. Certifying Authority
Zahárael’s Temple serves as the originating and certifying authority for these practices and standards.
All certifications issued affirm that the holder has been trained and assessed according to the above scope and ethical guidelines.
